There are many procedures in place at school to keep students, staff, and visitors safe. So far this year we have practiced 3 fire drills and students and staff did an excellent job following our procedures quickly and safely when exiting the school. Today, we practiced a Lockdown Drill where students and staff quietly remain in their classroom with the door locked until the drill is terminated. These safety drills can sometimes generate questions or feelings of anxiety. Please take some time to talk to your child about the importance of being safe at all times and that Bridgeport continues to make their safety a priority. Thank you for your continued support!
