On February 17^th, Ted Hastings, long time parent at Bridgeport Public School, set out to challenge a Guinness World Records® attempt for the ‘Most t-shirts worn at once’. After approximately four hours and 260 t-shirts, Ted was successful with his attempt and made history! Not only did Ted reach his goal, he also helped Bridgeport Public School raise an astounding $12,554 for our new playground.

Thank you to Ted for his ongoing support and dedicating this event to our playground initiative! Thank you to our community who supported Ted and this amazing event.

Ted’s Guinness World Records® event has  helped Bridgeport PS become much closer to the final goal of $50,000. We are thrilled to report we have raised $40,336! Way to go Bears – we are almost there!!
