Safe Arrival / Attendance

If your child will be late or absent, please send an email to brp-attendance@wrdsb.ca and include your student’s name, grade, class, your name, and the reason for the absence. It is not necessary to call or email your child’s teacher as they often do not listen to their messages until later in the day.

 

Safe Welcome / Visitors and Volunteers

To maintain a safe and secure school, all doors to the school are be locked at all times. To enter the school use the buzzers at the front door. The office staff are able to see who is there and open the door from their phones. Volunteers and visitors please report to the office whenever you come into the school. If you are volunteering or have a meeting in the school please sign in and out at the office.

 

Supervision

Supervision is provided for 15 minutes before and after school. For the safety of our students, please ensure that they do not arrive before 9:00 or remain after 3:50.
